About the role
- Provide post-purchase customer support and ensure a pleasant experience for customers (German/Austrian market)
- Solve problems of customers and sellers aiming for the greatest possible satisfaction
- Ensure refurbed customers become the happiest customers
- Communicate mostly via email and occasionally via phone
- Take over and contribute to different projects within the Customer Service team
- Collaborate with international Customer Service Team and colleagues across the company
Requirements
- Fluent German and English (C1+)
- Excellent language skills and ability to express yourself clearly
- Experience in 2nd level customer service support
- Communicative and able to deal with stressful situations in a friendly and calm way
- Solution-oriented with strong customer satisfaction focus
- Team player; enjoys working in a highly motivated team
- Availability for full-time (38.5h) or part-time (minimum 30h)
- Comfortable communicating with customers mostly via email and sometimes via phone
