About the role

  • Act as first point of contact for travelers
  • Provide customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist with flight reservations, rebookings, cancellations, and upgrades
  • Handle inquiries about schedules, luggage policies, and travel requirements
  • Resolve issues professionally and efficiently
  • Collaborate with international teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish (C1 or native)
  • Good level of English (minimum B2)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Availability to work rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday, 8h/day, 2 days off)
  • Must be based in Lisbon (no relocation package, no remote options)
