About the role

  • Be the first point of contact for travelers across phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Manage inquiries about flight bookings, schedule adjustments, cancellations, and travel regulations
  • Guide customers through booking options, explain fares and baggage rules

  • Suggest routes, upgrades, and tailored travel solutions

Requirements

  • Spanish fluency (C2 level)
  • English fluency (B2 level)
  • EU citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • 0–1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn and develop
