• Entwicklung, Kalkulation und Abschluss profitabler Neugeschäfts- und Ausschreibungsmöglichkeiten in Abstimmung mit Sales Director und Business-Unit-Leitung
• Ganzheitliche Verantwortung für Angebots- und Ausschreibungsprozesse, einschließlich Kundenanforderungsanalyse, FM-Kalkulationen, Preis- und Margensteuerung sowie Angebotserstellung
• Konzeption und Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Kundenlösungen (Solution Building)
• Abstimmung mit internationalen Bid-Teams in mehreren europäischen Ländern und Unterstützung komplexer Multi-Country-Bids
• Vermittlung zwischen technischer Machbarkeit, kaufmännischer Bewertung und Kundenanforderungen
• Aufbau und Pflege einer Vertriebspipeline sowie Entwicklung langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
• Unterstützung bei Angeboten, Verhandlungen und After-Sales-Aktivitäten
• Unterstützung von Vertragsverhandlungen, Re-Bids, Leistungsänderungen und Verlängerungen einschließlich Neukalkulation und kommerzieller Bewertung
• Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, HR, QHSE und Commercial sowie Sicherstellung interner Freigabe-, Compliance- und Dokumentationsprozesse
• Beobachtung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen
• Repräsentation von CBRE bei Kundenterminen und Branchenveranstaltungen
• Regelmäßige Kommunikation mit dem zentralen Sales-Team in UK und dem Regional-Team in der DACH-Region

• Development, costing and closing of profitable new business and tender opportunities
• End-to-end responsibility for the proposal and tendering process
• Analysis of client requirements and preparation of robust FM (Facility Management) costings
• Management of pricing and margins and development of compelling proposals
• Design and development of tailored customer solutions (Solution Building)
• Coordination with international bid teams and support for complex multi‑country bids
• Development of economically viable facility management solutions at the interface of technical, commercial and client requirements
• Building and maintaining a sales pipeline and developing long-term client relationships
• Support for proposals, negotiations and after-sales
• Support for contract negotiations, re-bids, scope changes and extensions
• Collaboration with Procurement, HR, QHSE and Commercial teams, ensuring internal approval, compliance and documentation processes
• Monitoring market and competitor developments
• Representing CBRE at client meetings and industry events
• Regular communication with the sales team in the UK and the regional team in the DACH region
