About the role
- Function as administrative support for the HR Shared Services Team assisting HR Business Partners, HR Shared Services Specialists, and employees
- Front door for incoming HR Shared Services help desk requests and questions, delivering excellent customer service
- Manages incoming department email requests and assigns to appropriate team members
- Delegates HR Help Desk tickets to the appropriate queue and/or agent.
- Completes electronic filing and maintains hardcopy personnel files and employment agreements
- Data entry into Oracle Converge
- Administer special projects as requested and communicates status to appropriate personnel
- Effectively operates all department equipment and software applications
- Execute administrative duties as assigned
- Additional responsibilities assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
