About the role
- Conduct high-volume phone screens and structured interviews; assess against calibrated, job-related criteria.
- Provide timely candidate communication at every stage; ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
- Build and nurture talent communities/referral networks; engage past applicants for new openings.
- Collaborate with HR and Hiring Managers on headcount plans, schedules, and start date coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience preferred or High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of recruiting experience
- Working knowledge of the public accounting or a professional services firm is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
