Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience in a growth-focused role
- Proven track record in driving acquisition strategies in business development or marketing
- Experience in analyzing market trends and executing strategic initiatives
- Experience with the professional services industry or other industries with skilled talent
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret market data and trends
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining business partnerships
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
