• Execute spot purchasing processes for MRO (maintenance, repair and operations) materials, ensuring operational demands are met within required timeframes;
• Conduct quotations, negotiate with suppliers and issue purchase orders;
• Monitor the complete order flow with suppliers, ensuring deliveries are made within agreed deadlines;
• Support internal stakeholders, understanding the requirements, criticalities and priorities of requisitions;
• Assist in procurement portfolio management by monitoring backlog, pending orders and supply risks.
