Key responsibilities & impact

Execute spot purchasing processes for MRO (maintenance, repair and operations) materials, ensuring operational demands are met within required timeframes;
Conduct quotations, negotiate with suppliers and issue purchase orders;
Monitor the complete order flow with suppliers, ensuring deliveries are made within agreed deadlines;
Support internal stakeholders, understanding the requirements, criticalities and priorities of requisitions;
