About the role

  • Design and implement cloud architectures that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective
  • Build and configure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM, and CloudFormation
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design/develop solutions
  • Migrate legacy applications to cloud platforms by refactoring them to microservices, serverless, or container-based architectures
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure high availability and optimal performance
  • Implement automation for CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices to streamline development and operational processes
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices to ensure solutions meet business objectives and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • 8 or more years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in designing, building, and troubleshooting cloud-native solutions
  • Proficiency with AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation)
  • Proficiency in designing solutions using modern development stacks (Java, .NET, Node.js, Python)
  • Knowledge of critical federal and state cybersecurity and risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53, FISMA, FedRAMP, CMMC)
