About the role

  • Perform program management duties in support of the client’s program execution
  • Provide senior-level program management support consistent with the SME experience requirement
  • Coordinate program activities and deliverables across assigned site(s) in support of training operations
  • Support planning, tracking, and reporting activities appropriate to the Program Manager labor category level
  • Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risk throughout the contract program life cycle
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans
  • Seek assistance in resolving schedule and budget problems as they arise
  • Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values, and culture of the organization
  • Provide metrics and analysis to support forward-looking decision making based on data
  • Provide program status reports/metrics and briefings as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or approved equivalent of experience for Program Manager Senior
  • PMP Certification desired
  • Active Secret Security Clearance is required
  • 4-10 years’ performing program management-like duties, preferably in an IT or cyber-related mission
  • Proven record of supervising direct reports and small teams
  • Master’s degree or approved equivalent of experience for Program Manager SME
  • PMP Certification
  • 15+ years’ performing program management-like duties, preferably in an IT or cyber-related mission
  • Ability to provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff
  • Proven record of leading an organization with both direct and indirect reports
  • Command or Senior Enlisted experience desired
  • Active Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze systems and procedures
  • Strong multitasking skills
