About the role

  • Managing, maintaining, and enhancing the functionality and performance of cyber training range environments
  • Supporting the development, deployment, and execution of advanced cyber exercises
  • Performing cyber training range engineering duties
  • Supporting cyber and/or information technology duties to build, integrate, and maintain training range capabilities
  • Comprehending the 39 IOS mission, the cyber training ranges, and Weapon Systems associated with the training requirements
  • Augmenting and supporting mission support functions in various areas
  • Purchasing and installing CTRE hardware and software
  • Ensuring CTRE equipment meets specified system requirements
  • Maintaining compatibility with current CTRE hardware and software
  • Enabling course developers and instructors to provide courseware that meets required standards
  • Supporting day-to-day range operations and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree
  • Active Secret Security Clearance is required
  • IAT Level 2 (CCN/A, GICSP, Sec+, GSEC, SSCP)
  • 3-5 years scheduling personnel and resources for Journeyman
  • 5-7 years scheduling personnel and resources for Senior
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze systems and procedures
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple design streams across concurrent work effort
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
