The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment, long-term sustainment, and continuous improvement of business applications and systems
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to schedule, plan, and execute releases
Develops and oversees release plans; manages risks and issues; supports change strategies
Automates production release processes; creates and manages change tickets, reports, and status updates regarding release deployment
Coordinates testing activities and develops communication strategies to promote team alignment and stakeholder engagement
Ensures compliance with Electronic Information Resources (EIR) Accessibility requirements

Requirements

Overall experience of 2 to 5 years of experience in IT operations with solid Change Management knowledge
At least 2 years of experience in change management background, based on ITIL principles and practices
Good knowledge on other ITSM processes
Proven service management background based on ITIL principles and practices
Prosci or Change Management Advance Practitioner (CMAP) credential (preferred)
Overall experience of 4 to 7 years of experience in IT operations with solid Change Management knowledge for higher level
At least 3 years’ experience in change management background
Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining rigorous check points while ensuring projects stay on time, within budget and meets quality standards
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
