About the role
- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Account Executives across the US and UK.
- Drive new customer acquisition across biotech and pharma segments.
- Oversee the full sales cycle from pipeline generation through close.
- Build and refine scalable sales processes and playbooks.
- Own forecasting accuracy and monitor key performance metrics.
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Bring insights from the field back to inform messaging and product direction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a people manager within a sales organization.
- Strong background selling to biotech and pharma mid-market and SMB customers.
- Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding team revenue targets.
- Experience managing distributed international teams (US and UK preferred).
- Strong executive communication and coaching skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and pipeline analytics.
- Nice to Have: Experience selling technical or data-driven platforms.
- Nice to Have: Background in a high-growth start-up or scale-up environment.
