About the role

  • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Account Executives across the US and UK.
  • Drive new customer acquisition across biotech and pharma segments.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from pipeline generation through close.
  • Build and refine scalable sales processes and playbooks.
  • Own forecasting accuracy and monitor key performance metrics.
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Bring insights from the field back to inform messaging and product direction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a people manager within a sales organization.
  • Strong background selling to biotech and pharma mid-market and SMB customers.
  • Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding team revenue targets.
  • Experience managing distributed international teams (US and UK preferred).
  • Strong executive communication and coaching skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and pipeline analytics.
  • Nice to Have: Experience selling technical or data-driven platforms.
  • Nice to Have: Background in a high-growth start-up or scale-up environment.
  • Nice to Have: Exposure to enterprise expansion motions.
