About the role

  • Own end‑to‑end instructional quality and content scalability for Mining Technology Academy (MTA) learning programs
  • Define content strategy and standards, approving all learning deliverables
  • Scale high‑quality content creation through effective collaboration with SMEs, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Review and approve learning content developed by internal teams and partners
  • Ensure all learning content is aligned with defined learning objectives, curriculum roadmaps, product strategy, and targeted audience needs
  • Coach and mentor content developers to raise content quality, consistency, and instructional effectiveness across the academy
  • Identify content gaps, learner feedback trends, and quality issues; drive continuous improvements in content design and delivery

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in learning content development, instructional design, or curriculum leadership roles
  • Mandatory instructional design background with strong grasp of adult learning principles
  • Hands-on experience with content development tools and platforms (e.g., Articulate, LMS platforms, PowerPoint, video authoring tools)
  • Proven experience managing vendors, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong governance mindset with the ability to balance quality, scale, and speed.
