About the role
- Own end‑to‑end instructional quality and content scalability for Mining Technology Academy (MTA) learning programs
- Define content strategy and standards, approving all learning deliverables
- Scale high‑quality content creation through effective collaboration with SMEs, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Review and approve learning content developed by internal teams and partners
- Ensure all learning content is aligned with defined learning objectives, curriculum roadmaps, product strategy, and targeted audience needs
- Coach and mentor content developers to raise content quality, consistency, and instructional effectiveness across the academy
- Identify content gaps, learner feedback trends, and quality issues; drive continuous improvements in content design and delivery
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in learning content development, instructional design, or curriculum leadership roles
- Mandatory instructional design background with strong grasp of adult learning principles
- Hands-on experience with content development tools and platforms (e.g., Articulate, LMS platforms, PowerPoint, video authoring tools)
- Proven experience managing vendors, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong governance mindset with the ability to balance quality, scale, and speed.
