About the role
- Overseeing and coordinating all sales and business development activities
- Pursing, developing, and closing new opportunities related to Gas Product offerings
- Business development with the goal for sales enablement
- Identifying application of products and commercial gaps
- Proactively promote Cat Electric Power solutions
- Estimate Cat and competitive equipment system performance
- Influence customers to understand economic value of Cat solutions
- Gather and analyze competitive feedback in the region
- Cultivate relationships with strategic partners and key accounts
- Develop and execute Key Account plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field
- Advanced English communication; Fluent Spanish communication
- Extensive experience and knowledge of customer needs and satisfaction
- Working knowledge of industry trends, major issues, and regulatory considerations
- Background in energy related technology and solutions
- Experience with economic feasibility studies and lifecycle modeling
- Extensive experience in decision-making and critical thinking
- Effective communication skills
- Successful negotiation concepts and techniques
- Extensive experience in relationship and account management
- Ability to provide overall product/service 'value'
