About the role
- Develop executive‑level presentations that inform and drive strategic dialogue during monthly business reviews
- Drive and sustain clear visibility to incremental services growth required to achieve 2030 targets
- Provide strategic oversight and governance of the end‑to‑end EP NSD project portfolio
- Design and lead recurring leadership portfolio reviews to drive alignment and prioritization of high‑value initiatives
- Establish and enhance standardized gateway templates and governance documentation
- Partner with Digital Analytics to develop and enhance dashboards that deliver clear visibility into portfolio performance
Requirements
- Working knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques
- Basic understanding and knowledge of consulting techniques, roles, and responsibilities
- Working knowledge and understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques
- Working knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving problems
- Working knowledge of relationship management techniques
- Basic understanding and knowledge of strategic thinking and planning
