About the role
- Lead and manage dealer and customer relationships to market Caterpillar's mining products and services.
- Assist in developing dealer sales capability.
- Responsible for account coverage of mining clients and dealer territory.
- Drive annual revenue growth with new and existing accounts through targeted product marketing plans.
- Perform regular sales performance reviews with dealers and ensure implementation of corrective actions where needed.
- Support rollout of new products and analyze the marketplace and competitive activity.
Requirements
- Experience with heavy equipment, products, and services.
- Experience working in a dealer distribution model.
- Experience with Mining and heavy construction customers.
