About the role

  • Lead and manage dealer and customer relationships to market Caterpillar's mining products and services.
  • Assist in developing dealer sales capability.
  • Responsible for account coverage of mining clients and dealer territory.
  • Drive annual revenue growth with new and existing accounts through targeted product marketing plans.
  • Perform regular sales performance reviews with dealers and ensure implementation of corrective actions where needed.
  • Support rollout of new products and analyze the marketplace and competitive activity.

Requirements

  • Experience with heavy equipment, products, and services.
  • Experience working in a dealer distribution model.
  • Experience with Mining and heavy construction customers.
