About the role

  • Primary Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between Caterpillar and the dealer
  • Dealer Onboarding: Lead and manage the dealer onboarding process
  • Cadence Management: Facilitate structured bi-weekly meetings with dealers
  • Use Case/Journey and Segment Alignment: Collaborate with dealers to align use cases/journeys
  • Target Setting: Establish and track performance targets for the use cases
  • Sales Funnel Oversight: Engage with the dealer to review their sales funnel
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends
  • Reporting: Engage with OnPoint team to generate and present detailed reports on campaign performance
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a cohesive marketing approach
  • Milestone Tracking: Collect and track status of all project milestones
  • Collect Dealer Feedback: Capture and incorporate feedback from the dealer
  • Continuous Improvement: Document and share lessons learned

Requirements

  • Customer Focus: Deep understanding of dealer/customer needs
  • Digital Marketing: Advanced knowledge of digital marketing platforms, marketing automation, and data analytics
  • Effective Communications: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong dealer relationships
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and align initiatives with organizational goals
  • Marketing & Channel Strategy / Marketing & Campaign Planning: Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Experience with Martech / Digital Marketing Platforms: Proficiency with Martech platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
  • Dealer-Facing Experience: Proven track record of working directly with dealers or channel partners
