About the role

  • Advise hiring managers on recruiting strategies and practices that align with organizational goals and direction.
  • Manage the entire recruiting process, including interviewing, pre-hire checks, extending offers, and coordinating orientation and start dates for new employees.
  • Attend career fairs and industry events.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and other sourcing technologies to identify and attract the most qualified candidates.
  • Develop plans for sourcing top candidates based on company needs.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical roles , particularly in high-demand fields such as software development, procurement, data science, and engineering.
  • Experience managing multiple recruiting projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of techniques, methods and channels of candidate sourcing; ability to attract and qualify candidates for immediate job vacancies or as potential long-term job candidates.
  • Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
  • Understanding of shifting market priorities and ability to respond to customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value.
  • Knowledge of various recruitment channels and ability to use them effectively to achieve organizational talent strategy.
  • Knowledge of techniques, methods and processes of candidate screening; ability to preselect suitable candidates for first and further interviews within the organization.
  • Knowledge of human resources (HR) and workforce issues and trends; ability to analyze workforce data, information and metrics and apply the results to support business decisions.
