About the role

  • Lead Cat Certified Used (CCU) program support, including coordinating CCU/CVA/EPP initiatives across field teams and dealer networks.
  • Drive CCU scorecard leadership, including reviewing results, identifying performance gaps, and preparing leadership-level insights and questions.
  • Ensure CCU Audit compliance, supporting dealers in understanding requirements and helping resolve discrepancies.
  • Lead or contribute to training programs related to Used, CCU, and inspection processes, ensuring materials align with 2030 growth goals and dealer needs.
  • Produce and distribute the monthly Used Equipment newsletter, ensuring insights, industry trends, and updates are clear and actionable.
