About the role
- Lead a team of high performing Project Managers
- Organize and coordinate teams on diverse aspects of digital programs
- Manage all aspects of a program to ensure implementation within deadlines
- Plan and monitor program development to achieve quality standards
- Serve as a liaison among groups within and outside the digital field
- Translate corporate objectives into program objectives and practices
Requirements
- Extensive experience in leadership concepts
- Extensive experience in program management policies and techniques
- Extensive experience in project management
- Extensive experience in decision-making process and associated tools
- Extensive experience in change control processes
- Extensive experience in problem management processes
- Extensive program management leadership experience (typically 8+ years)
- Experience leading and coaching Project Managers (typically 3+ years)
- Proven experience with project management concepts including project charters, scheduling and planning projects and successful completion
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Confluence, Power BI, Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools
- Strong project management skills
