About the role

  • Meet with customers (business partners) to gather and document their requirements for our Data Analytics team
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Build and maintain project plans and tickets for data science projects
  • Coordinate with data scientists to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
  • Monitor project progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise
  • Develop Power BI dashboards, other visualizations and reports based on customer requirements
  • Create detailed documentation of customer requirements and project specifications
  • Maintain records of project progress and outcomes
  • Communicate to stakeholders’ project milestones and roadblocks
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution
  • Provide technical assistance and support to data scientists as needed

Requirements

  • Prior professional experience with Power BI
  • Effective Communications: Extensive understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques specific to eliciting, analyzing, and recording required business functionality
  • Requirement Analysis: Working knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis
  • Technical Writing/Documentation: Ability to write technical documents such as manuals, reports, guidelines or documents on standards, processes, and applications
  • Product Design and Development: Working knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from concept through to production
  • Business Acumen: Ability to interpret business challenges and align technical solutions to address them effectively
  • Customer Relationship Management: Extensive interpersonal and communication skills
  • Project Management: Working knowledge in project planning and ticketing systems
  • Data Visualization: Working knowledge in developing Power BI dashboards and reports
