About the role

  • Designing and assisting dealers on the forecast, sales strategy planning, and sales techniques; supporting the rollout of new products.
  • Performing regular sales performance reviews with dealers and ensuring implementation of corrective actions where needed.
  • Acting within the business process guidance on review and approval for variance programs and commercial actions.
  • Presenting products or services for stakeholders, answering any customer questions, and addressing their needs.

Requirements

  • University degree
  • 7+ yrs experience with progressively growing responsibilities in previous commercial roles involving dealer and/or customer facing interactions
  • Direct customer interaction
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Caterpillar products and services
  • Strong drive and organizational capabilities
  • Experience working in an international environment and in a matrix environment
Benefits
  • Must be able to travel up to 40% (Mostly domestic)
