About the role
- Serve as the primary business and system support contact for dealers using the Parts Inventory Collaboration (PIC) platform
- Deliver monthly inventory performance analysis packs and provide actionable insights to support dealer inventory reviews
- Learn and apply advanced data analysis techniques and inventory management logic
- Lead or support projects such as: 1. Identifying root causes of service loss 2. Explaining inventory growth 3. Evaluating alternative stocking policies 4. Quantifying business impacts of changes in dealer stocking behavior
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across divisions
- Leverage SAS, Power BI, and other analytical tools to extract insights and drive improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- A customer-focused mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in SAS, Power BI, or other data analytics tools
- Understanding of Supply Chain and Inventory Management principles
