Evolve operating model to optimize scaled Agile delivery across complex, cross-functional workstreams
Lead program‑level governance forums
Establish, maintain, and enforce PMO reporting standards
Define and monitor adherence to best practices for project management and Scrum execution
Standardize and govern the usage of ADO and other delivery tools
Develop and lead a high‑performing team of Project Managers and Scrum Masters
Drive continuous improvement by creating scalable delivery processes and operational rhythms
Ensure tooling integrations for roadmap planning and other program needs
Drive creation of PMO templates/processes and leading high‑priority initiatives

Requirements

Expertise in both project management and agile delivery
Thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience applying Agile methodology, cadence and structure (Scrum, SAFe)
Mastery of delivery tools including Azure DevOps, SharePoint, reporting dashboards, and RAID management tools
Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills
Strong ability to drive program governance with a process-design and continuous-improvement mindset
Previous experience leading teams and large scale enterprise initiatives
