Position Overview: Data Operations supporting marketing, internal ops, and sales; manages content, analysis, and invoices
Marketing & Content Execution: create, edit, and manage blog, social, and website copy with SEO; produce LinkedIn/Instagram content; edit decks and videos
Sales & Admin Support: manage inbound lead tracking and CRM hygiene; prepare sales decks and pre-call briefs; assist scheduling
Internal Operations: track and send invoices; follow up on outstanding payments; vendor research and admin tasks; ad hoc research and documentation
Monitoring & Reporting: monitor databases and dashboards; read and interpret data summaries; participate in SOP drafting and business writing
Requirements
2+ years of work experience in operations, marketing, or admin support
Prior experience working at a startup or in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Strong written English; able to communicate clearly and concisely
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Proficient in Canva and AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
Comfortable switching between tasks and taking initiative independently
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Willing to work U.S. Eastern hours
Background in healthcare, healthtech, or pharmacy operations (nice-to-have)
Experience with content writing, SEO, or social media strategy (nice-to-have)
Familiarity with CRM tools or light business analytics (nice-to-have)
Light video editing or design experience (nice-to-have)
