About the role
- Maintain and update dashboards tracking key GTM metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, and deal velocity.
- Analyze performance trends across sales and marketing funnels to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
- Support leadership with revenue forecasting and progress tracking.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports that guide strategic decisions.
- Manage daily usage and upkeep of HubSpot, Apollo, and related GTM tools.
- Ensure data accuracy, resolve integration issues, and maintain clean CRM records.
- Assist in onboarding and training teams on new tools or workflows.
- Suggest and implement process automation to boost efficiency.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth data flow and handoffs.
- Communicate insights clearly to help teams move faster and make smarter decisions.
- Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting RevOps systems and data questions.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or related roles (internship experience welcome).
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication.
- Comfortable working asynchronously with global teams.
- Proficient English written and verbal communication.
- Experience with automation tools or integrations (Zapier, Make, etc.) (Nice-to-Have).
- Exposure to revenue forecasting or GTM analytics (Nice-to-Have).
- Familiarity with startups, SaaS environments, or AI products (Nice-to-Have).
