Field Engineer

• Responsible for design, installation, and support of LPS & video capture systems
• Work collaboratively with commercial team to design solutions and win new business
• Ensure systems operate within outlined service level agreements
• Assist with product validations and regional QA
• Monitoring, maintenance, and updating of existing system infrastructure
• Project Management to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and partners
• Generate design, contractor scope of work and 'as built' documentation
• Quick resolution of issues via effective troubleshooting
• Training of internal and external stakeholders
• Providing technical pre sales support to Sales staff

Business Development Rep

• The Senior Business Development Manager role is split between developing new relationships/accounts, and ensuring successful account management of current solutions while upselling and cross selling our full suite of products. The successful candidate will report to the Director, Sales in the UK and work closely with other internal teams such as customer success, support, logistics, sales operations to help coaches, sport scientists and performance analysts turn objective data into valuable athlete insights.
