5+ years of experience in solar asset management, commercial operations, or energy infrastructure.
Experience within an IPP, renewable developer, or DG solar platform strongly preferred.
Strong familiarity with solar monitoring platforms (e.g., AlsoEnergy or equivalent).
Experience reviewing O&M agreements and understanding commercial contract structures.
Strong understanding of financial models (P50/P90 production assumptions, revenue modeling).
Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams (Finance, Accounting, EPC, O&M, Engineering).
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
