Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, CFO, and COO, ensuring alignment of executive priorities with long-term organizational objectives and growth strategies.
In partnership with the CEO, CFO, and COO, develop a data-informed, consistent, and cohesive communication style to advance organizational goals.
Develop a cohesive communication style in partnership with the CEO and executive team, delivering board-level presentations and updates for internal and external audiences.
Work with the individual executive team members to effectively communicate their contribution to the company’s mission and vision along with the challenges/solutions they face in carrying out their responsibilities.
Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding internal dynamics, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Act as a catalyst for cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless execution of strategic projects across development, finance, and operations
Lead and manage strategic projects and initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
Drive process improvement and digital transformation initiatives, leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and data visibility.
Identify root causes of internal challenges and develop solutions to address them effectively.
Collaborate with the executive team on fundraising efforts, investor relations, and strategic planning.
Requirements
Master’s degree in a business discipline; or 5+ years of relevant experience in Management Consulting.
Renewable energy or large-scale infrastructure industry experience is not required but preferred
Ability to provide consistent, focused direction to the executive management of each functional area.
Proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for executive decision-making, including financial modeling and strategic analysis.
Exceptional skill in crafting executive-ready presentations and clear narratives that connect strategy to execution
Experience working on multiple high-value projects while prioritizing effectively, managing competing expectations, and meeting deadlines
Experience with enterprise technology platforms, data governance frameworks, and business intelligence tools to enable operational efficiency.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
Valid driver’s license and car insurance that meets or exceeds the minimum requirements of the State where you reside
Ability and willingness to pass background checks
