About the role
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand and develop client portfolio
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers at key companies
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Strategy/Delivery, Operations & Product Development
- Demonstrable expertise across the complete sales process
- Partnering with our Strategy Team to leverage our extensive knowledge of Insight and innovation consultancy
- Stay abreast of industry trends and the general competitive landscape
- Effectively manage client relationships, prioritising high levels of satisfaction, retention, and cultivating repeat business
- Collaborate with the leadership team to refine sales strategies, optimise processes, and contribute to overall growth and success
Requirements
- Proven experience selling complex innovation solutions via a consultative sales approach
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Proven experience of leveraging social media, industry events, and targeted engagement
- Able to unlock revenue opportunities from your existing network and relationships
- Demonstrably leverage your expertise within market research, innovation consultancy, and consumer goods industry dynamics
- Experience in transitioning new clients into successful repeat buying relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
