About the role
- Motivating, leading, coaching and training a team of approximately 50 colleagues
- Developing the restaurant's product range and menu
- Ensuring compliance with operational procedures, legal requirements and Casualfood standards
- Controlling cash reconciliations and cash handling
- Preparing staff schedules, managing vacation planning and conducting inventory
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in hospitality or an equivalent qualification
- Previous experience as an Outlet Manager, Restaurant Manager or Shift Leader (m/f/d), where you demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong commercial understanding
- You enjoy hosting, have a confident presence, and can communicate in German as well as in English
