About the role

  • As IT Manager (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for the strategic and operational direction of our entire IT function.
  • Together with executive management, the business units and our Swiss parent company ORIOR AG, you will ensure our IT infrastructure is stable, secure and future-proof.
  • You will lead and coordinate company-wide IT and digitalization projects — from system implementations to new site openings — successfully.
  • You will continuously ensure IT security, data protection and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • You will further develop the internal IT department, provide professional leadership to the team and continuously optimise IT operations and processes.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in (business) informatics/computer science or a comparable qualification.
  • You bring several years of experience in a responsible IT management or IT leadership role.
  • IT infrastructure, IT security, ERP and POS systems are not foreign concepts to you but part of your everyday toolkit.
  • You have experience managing external service providers and steering complex IT projects.
  • You think strategically, act in a structured way and find pragmatic solutions.
  • You work independently, are assertive and possess a strong hands-on mentality.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently — in German and English.
