About the role
- Responsible for shaping financial strategy through high‑quality insight, robust planning and forward‑looking analysis
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning
- Deliver high‑quality insight and performance reporting to the Board and Executive Committee
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive team, providing commercial analysis, scenario modelling and investment appraisal
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A systems, reporting and automation
- Initially operate as a senior individual contributor with scope to build and lead a high‑performing FP&A team
- Provide targeted insight across all areas of the organisation
Requirements
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CFA)
- Proven experience in senior FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering roles
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting and data analysis skills
- Experience producing high-quality management and Board-level reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to support and challenge at all levels
- Strong Excel skills and a clear understanding of best practice in financial planning and reporting
- Experience within financial services (desirable)
- Prior experience building or leading FP&A teams (desirable)
