About the role
- Own the data model design and deliver high quality data solutions
- Engage with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
- Convert requirements into models and logic for reporting
- Ensure reports are tested to a high standard and maintain data integrity
- Manage and lead a team of Business Intelligence Analysts
- Set clear objectives for the team and drive a culture of development
Requirements
- Adept at converting business requirements into the required reporting
- Strong DAX and SQL skills
- Strong conceptual data modelling skills
- Adept at testing model changes, extracts and new reports
- Experience in managing or mentoring small teams
- Inquisitive about source systems, data models and business change
- Expert in data security within Power BI
- Experience with governance and change management, including CI/CD processes
