About the role

  • Architect, deploy, and configure robust infrastructure solutions, primarily focusing on Citrix NetScaler (ADC) for application delivery.
  • Administer and optimize Red Hat OpenShift and upstream Kubernetes platforms, ensuring security and performance.
  • Manage and troubleshoot data center fabric technologies, including VXLAN overlays and enterprise wireless networks.
  • Champion infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and automation.
  • Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex incidents related to infrastructure.
  • Harden infrastructure components in line with security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with Cloud, Security, and Application Development teams and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering roles.
  • Expert-level knowledge in Citrix NetScaler (ADC) – MPX/VPX/SDX administration, SSL offloading, load balancing (LB), content switching (CS), GSLB, and VPN configurations.
  • Strong experience with software-defined data center networking: Cisco ACI policy-based model, VXLAN/EPG/BD/Contract configuration, and integration with physical underlays.
  • Proven experience managing Red Hat OpenShift or enterprise Kubernetes distributions, including cluster lifecycle, node management, operators, and storage/networking plugins.
  • Proficient in automation using Python and one of: Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.
  • Solid understanding of core networking (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF) and wireless technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
