About the role

  • You will set up and further develop our BCM (Business Continuity Management)
  • Create BCM documentation (policies, manuals, processes, etc.)
  • Develop concepts and plans to improve and establish a BCM
  • Conduct information sessions and trainings for business units
  • Support the execution of Business Impact Analyses to identify critical processes and their maximum allowable downtime
  • Prepare business continuity, recovery, and restart plans
  • Establish a crisis management team process and communication planning in the role of ICT Communications Manager
  • Design a multi-year BCM testing plan and act as the initiator and lead of BCM tests

Requirements

  • At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in BCM, risk management, or ICS, ideally in the financial sector, a regulated tech environment, or consulting
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to BCM (e.g., MaRisk, DORA, BSI 200-4)
  • Business-fluent German and English
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Interest and motivation to take topics from conception through to implementation
