About the role
- You will set up and further develop our BCM (Business Continuity Management)
- Create BCM documentation (policies, manuals, processes, etc.)
- Develop concepts and plans to improve and establish a BCM
- Conduct information sessions and trainings for business units
- Support the execution of Business Impact Analyses to identify critical processes and their maximum allowable downtime
- Prepare business continuity, recovery, and restart plans
- Establish a crisis management team process and communication planning in the role of ICT Communications Manager
- Design a multi-year BCM testing plan and act as the initiator and lead of BCM tests
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in BCM, risk management, or ICS, ideally in the financial sector, a regulated tech environment, or consulting
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to BCM (e.g., MaRisk, DORA, BSI 200-4)
- Business-fluent German and English
- Hands-on mentality
- Interest and motivation to take topics from conception through to implementation
