About the role
- Establish and further develop the BCM (Business Continuity Management)
- Produce BCM documentation (policies, manuals, processes)
- Conduct Business Impact Analyses and risk analyses
- Develop contingency/emergency plans in collaboration with business units (especially IT)
- Establish a crisis management team process and plan communications
- Test and exercise BCM test plans
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in BCM or risk management and ICS
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for BCM (e.g., MaRisk, DORA, BSI 200-4)
- Business-fluent German and English
