About the role
- Lead 3–5 engineering squads within the Infrastructure & Developer Productivity Platform domain
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for Cashea’s platform foundations
- Build and evolve platform capabilities for product engineering teams
- Partner closely with engineering and product leaders
- Mentor and coach Engineering Leads and senior engineers
- Collaborate with Security, Data, and other domain leaders
- Promote a culture of automation, documentation, and testing
- Drive improvements in developer experience
- Support technical hiring and career development
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering
- 2+ years leading multiple teams or squads
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role
- Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure and platform engineering
- Solid understanding of GCP, distributed systems, APIs, and modern software delivery practices
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/GKE, CI/CD, observability, cloud security
- Exposure to SRE practices, incident management, SLIs/SLOs
- Excellent understanding of agile methodologies
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
