Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to identify, scope, and solve customer problems using data science and machine learning.
Design, develop, and deploy statistical models and ML solutions that power customer-facing features and internal product intelligence.
Work with large-scale, real-world datasets (including structured, semi-structured, and workflow-generated data) to uncover patterns and opportunities for product improvement.
Build end-to-end data science workflows, including data exploration, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and ongoing monitoring.
Partner with Engineering and Platform teams to ensure models are reliable, performant, explainable, scalable, cost-efficient at product scale, and production-ready.
Define and measure success using clear metrics, experimentation, and post-launch analysis.
Contribute to responsible AI practices, including transparency, bias awareness, data quality, and model governance.
Communicate insights, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Help shape best practices for applied data science within a modern, product-led organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in an applied data science or machine learning role within a product or technology-driven organization.
Strong proficiency in Python and common data science libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
Experience working with SQL and modern data warehouses or data lake architectures.
Solid grounding in statistics, machine learning methods, and model evaluation.
Experience deploying, monitoring, or supporting models in production environments.
Comfort working with ambiguous problem spaces and imperfect data.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines.
