About the role
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with C-level customers, focusing on the Government segment.
- Drive customer success through proactive engagement, retention strategies, and growth initiatives, ensuring adoption of Case’s evolving suite of cloud solutions.
- Execute upsell, cross-sell, and renewal strategies to increase ARR and product adoption, including migration to cloud solutions.
- Proactively mitigate risks that could lead to dissatisfaction or churn; optimize product usage and address financial matters promptly.
- Manage revenue-related inquiries (new licenses, renewals, product information) and drive outbound engagement for growth.
- Provide actionable insights from customers and prospects to inform product development and service enhancements.
- Deliver accurate forecasts and participate in regular sales meetings to review performance and pipeline.
- Represent Caseware at relevant government and industry events to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals, including professional PowerPoint decks tailored to client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2–4 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Inside Sales within a SaaS or technology environment
- Exceptional presentation skills, including creating professional PowerPoint decks; consultative selling; strategic planning; and strong verbal and written communication
- Solid understanding of audit and accounting processes, standards, and workflows; ability to engage confidently with finance and audit professionals
- Knowledge of government procurement processes and compliance requirements (preferred)
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce highly regarded); ability to present solutions effectively to both business and technical stakeholders
