About the role
- Performs monthly and quarterly analysis of operating results and key metrics
- Participates in annual budgeting and forecasting activities
- Collaborates with finance team in developing financial models and statistical analyses
- Develops reports for department and divisional leaders with actual financial results
- Analyzes various ESG disclosures, key metrics, opportunities, and goals
- Builds and maintains pro-forma models for acquisitions and divestitures
- Performs sales analytics and supports customer profitability analysis
- Coordinates with finance team to develop multi-year projections
- Reports current or expected financial performance based on trends and data
- Analyzes financial returns and impacts related to capital investment opportunities
- Participates in training and other learning opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics, accounting, statistics, or business administration
- 0-2 years of progressive financial work experience
- Effective project leadership skills to balance data gathering
- Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and formal presentation skills
- Exceptional computer and financial modeling experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or have authorized temporary work status
