About the role

  • Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with enterprise-level hospital and health system clients.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in hospital implant supply chain matters such as sourcing, contracting, procurement, operations and vendor management.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Casechek and client supply chain, perioperative, finance, and revenue cycle teams.
  • Lead operational and executive business reviews focused on measurable outcomes, including cost containment, contract compliance, product sourcing, charge capture optimization, and process standardization.
  • Analyze client data to identify operational inefficiencies, financial leakage, and revenue opportunities related to implantable devices.
  • Advise clients on best practices in implant governance, value analysis, vendor accountability, and materials management process improvement.
  • Collaborate with client EHR and ERP teams (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Lawson- Infor, Workday, Oracle, etc.) to ensure integration alignment and data integrity.
  • Monitor and analyze account health to proactively identify risks and opportunities for expansion.
  • Document and manage client activity and insights using internal systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office).
  • Identify trends across enterprise accounts and provide actionable feedback to Product and Leadership teams.
  • Proactively address technical, operational, or stakeholder issues that arise.
  • Lead special projects as requested.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in hospital supply chain, healthcare operations, implantable device management, or healthcare technology serving acute care health systems.
  • Direct experience working in hospital/IDN Supply Chain teams, Perioperative Services, and/or OR Business management.
  • Strong understanding of bill-only workflows, vendor-supported surgical procedures, and implantable device sourcing, contracting and procurement processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility with Directors of Supply Chain, OR leadership, and executive stakeholders within hospital systems.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare reimbursement dynamics and charge capture processes related to implantable devices.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level accounts in complex stakeholder environments.
  • Ability to translate operational data into strategic recommendations and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong executive communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive long-term client value.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and related business systems.
  • Experience working within hospital enterprise systems, including EHR/EMR platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and supply chain or ERP systems (e.g., Lawson, Workday, Oracle).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
