About the role

  • Develop quantitative and qualitative analyses to support the marketing team in decision-making.
  • Conduct cohort studies to identify improvements across the journey from website creation to retention.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media, CRM and Partnerships analysts to provide performance analyses and data-driven recommendations.
  • Automate team processes and data visualizations.
  • Evaluate and optimize the performance of paid media campaigns on major platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), identifying opportunities to improve and maximize ROI.
  • Turn raw data into clear insights and strategic recommendations for the Growth team, suggesting new directions and optimizations for campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Own the configuration and maintenance of Google Analytics (GA4), review and implement tags on websites, and continuously monitor Google Search Console for SEO and performance optimization.
  • Query and manipulate data in databases (SQL, etc.), consume data from data lakes and other sources, ensuring data integrity and availability.
  • Develop and maintain interactive reports and dashboards (using tools like Google Looker Studio) that clearly display Growth KPIs and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all Growth Marketing data needs, providing ad-hoc analyses and strategic support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst or in Growth Marketing, with a strong focus on performance and paid media.
  • Experience in automation analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4).
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Search Console.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Looker Studio or similar).
  • Strong analytical ability to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.
  • Proactive, organized and an excellent communicator, able to present insights clearly.
  • Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
  • Experience with CRO tools (Conversion Rate Optimization) and A/B testing.
  • Knowledge of the wedding market or e-commerce.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta Ads.
