About the role

  • Lead growth in Spain by building and managing the sales channel
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand Casambi’s market presence
  • Work closely with partners to generate demand and identify new business opportunities
  • Support partners in developing and executing growth strategies to drive revenue
  • Monitor and evaluate partner performance to ensure alignment with Casambi’s objectives
  • Build strong relationships for long-term partner success
  • Represent Casambi at relevant industry events and partner meetings

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of sales or business development experience within lighting controls, building automation (KNX), or related industries
  • Proven track record in building and managing sales channels
  • Experience working with partners to create demand and develop business opportunities
  • Electrical engineering background preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English; Catalan a plus
  • Based ideally in Barcelona, with willingness to travel across Spain & Portugal
