About the role
- Contact customers about overdue accounts to resolve questions and obtain payment
- Participate in the credit limit assessment process
- Monitor accounts receivable and work with customers on payment plans
- Collaborate with operations teams to resolve shipping and operational issues affecting customers
- Assist in cash management and reporting activities, including cash flow forecasting and daily cash reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting or related field
- Excellent communication skills to have constructive conversations with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels
- 5+ years of experience in collections
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
