Recruitment

• Assists in a variety of recruitment activities with the purpose of attracting and enrolling Adult Wellness Center participants
• General community outreach through various activities and events
• Actively recruits prospective Adult Wellness Center participants and may assist in recruiting prospective home care aides
• Provides detailed information on adult wellness center and home care services
• Engages in one-to-one consultations to assist individuals with paperwork
• Helps participants to coordinate initial referrals and assessment appointments
• Maintains an ongoing and updated list of potential AWC applicants
• Responsible for following up with potential candidates
