About the role

  • You advise sellers on selling their cars through our "Sell My Car" platform and connect them with partner dealers to ensure a seamless customer experience for both parties
  • You communicate across various channels such as phone, email, or WhatsApp to ensure an efficient sales process and thereby increase satisfaction for sellers and dealers
  • Without your involvement many sales would literally fall through; you are the link between sellers and dealers and continuously drive high conversion rates

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and a confident presence — comfortable with different target groups
  • Experience in sales, ideally from automotive retail / car dealerships or comparable roles, plus empathy and interpersonal sensitivity
  • Passion for the automotive industry: you stay well informed about trends and developments and know what’s happening in the market
  • Analytical thinking: the ability to use data to identify opportunities and risks
  • Hands-on mentality, high self-motivation and resilience in a dynamic scale-up environment
