About the role
- Define and lead our partner marketing strategy, aligning with business unit priorities and growth targets.
- Build and execute the B2B marketing plan across multiple markets, collaborating closely with product, marketing and commercial teams.
- Own multi‑channel, full‑funnel campaign planning and execution across e.g. LinkedIn, email, PR, webinars, in‑product messaging, and partner co‑marketing.
- Lead go‑to‑market strategy for new products, features and commercial initiatives, ensuring alignment and clarity across teams.
- Develop audience‑first campaigns shaped by market insight, performance data and strategic growth opportunities.
- Own and deliver industry‑facing brand events that elevate Carwow’s reputation and thought leadership.
- Partner with commercial operations and CRM teams to drive upsell, cross‑sell, nurture journeys and pipeline acceleration.
- Work with analytics and commercial teams to measure and optimise campaign performance.
- Line‑manage and develop a Senior B2B Marketing Executive.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within tech, SaaS, marketplaces or automotive.
- A strategic thinker with strong audience segmentation, messaging and positioning skills.
- End‑to‑end campaign experience — from planning and creative briefing to performance optimisation.
- Ability to balance brand building with growth and pipeline generation.
- Confident communicator with experience working cross‑functionally with product and commercial teams.
- Data‑literate, comfortable with performance metrics, and motivated by impact.
- Pragmatic, collaborative and able to operate with pace in a scale‑up environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, comfortable with direct feedback and navigating competing priorities.
- An entrepreneurial mindset — someone who can think beyond standard B2B playbooks to reach and influence our dealer base.
- People management experience - there will be one direct report.
